EzWay™ Mouse IgG Depletion Solution is designed for removing IgG from mouse serum or plasma. Mouse IgGs in the sample are bound by antibodies immobilized on a resin, which are pelleted by centrifugation. The IgG-depleted serum is recovered by simple pipetting. Typical depletions are more than 85% efficient for removing IgG from 10ul of serum in 20 ul of resin. |
