K0899 is a combination of EzCell and EzBlot.
EzCell Electrophoresis system (K0890) is used for vertical electrophoresis of one or two mini precast or handcast gels at a time. It provides fast, convenient method to seal gel/buffer core assembly in position using wedge system instead of clamps or screws only in 10 seconds.
EzBlot Blotting unit (K0895) is used for efficient transfer of samples to a membrane. EzBlot which has a gel/membrane sandwich inside is easily inserted into the EzCell instead of the gel/buffer core assembly. Western, Southern and Northern transfer is available within a uniform electrical field strength between two electrodes.
