Pre-Cast Gels for Protein separations

Tris-Glycine Gels

- The traditional Laemmli buffer systems

- Widely used in all protein separations

- SDS & Non-SDS format available  

- Well formats : 1,8,10,12,15,2D Well 

- Gel range : 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 4-12, 4-15, 8-16, 4-20, 10-20, 10-25%

EzWay PAG Gels

- Long shelf life (1 year)

- High performance due to neutral pH environment

- 6 different separation ranges by combining 2 types of gels & 3 types of buffers

- Well formats : 1,8,10,12,15,2D Well 

- Gel range : 10, 4-12%

- Buffers : Tris-Glycine buffer, Tricine buffer, Aspartate buffer

Quick-PAG Gels

- Run time of 40 minutes

- Long shelf life (6-12 months)

- Well formats : 1,8,10,12,15,2D Well 

- Gel range : 7.5, 10, 12.5, 14, 5-12, 5-14, 10-16%

- Buffers : Tris-BES sample & running buffers

Tricine Gels

- Ideal for peptide and low MW proteins  

- Well formats : 1,8,10,12,15,2D Well 

- Gel range : 10, 16, 10-20%

IEF Gels

- Ideal for separation on the basis of their isoelectric point (pI) 

- Well formats : 1 Well 

- Gel range : pH3-7, pH3-10

- Ideal for detection of proteases which can use gelatin as a substrate
